Share your van with the Terrawagen community
We welcome photos and short videos of your van for our customer gallery. Sending a submission is voluntary. These terms apply when you choose the customer-gallery option and give permission in our contact form.
Your content and permission
You and any other rights holders keep ownership of your photos, videos, and captions. You give Terrawagen LLC permission to copy, host, resize, crop, format, and publicly display the material you submit in the customer gallery on terrawagen.com. This permission is nonexclusive, meaning you can use the material elsewhere, and no payment is due for this use. The gallery can be viewed worldwide.
We may correct caption spelling or shorten a caption without changing its meaning. Service providers working for us may handle the material only as needed to operate the gallery. Social posts, paid advertising, emails, printed materials, and other uses require separate permission.
What you can submit
You must be at least 18 and legally an adult where you live. Submit only material you created or have permission to share for the uses described here. Owning the van does not necessarily mean you own the photo. If someone else took it, obtain the photographer's permission. You must also have permission from any identifiable adults shown or heard in the material.
Please do not submit images or information identifying anyone under 18, or include private addresses, precise location details, visible license plates, confidential information, or other unnecessary personal details. Only include music or other third-party material if you have permission covering this use.
Use a sharing link that contains only the material you intend to submit. Tell us in your message if you want a particular caption or public credit. We will confirm any public name, location, or social handle with you before publishing it.
Review and selection
We review submissions before posting and may contact you about your material or permissions. Submission does not guarantee publication, payment, a discount, or another reward. Giving gallery permission does not subscribe you to marketing messages or affect purchases, support, returns, or warranties.
Change your mind
You may withdraw permission at any time using our contact form or by emailing info@terrawagen.com. Identify the submission or gallery item so we can find it. We will stop new use and remove it from our gallery without undue delay.
Withdrawal does not undo use already made with permission. Other people may have saved or shared copies, and search engines may retain cached copies outside our control. We will take any further steps required by applicable law. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
