Terrawagen Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items.  To be eligible for a return your item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Return process:  email us direct at info@terrawagen.com with your order number and date of purchase. We will give you an RMA number to place on your returned package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your package arrives we will inspect the item. If it arrives in re-sellable condition we will refund you the purchase price minus the original shipping. a restocking fee of 15% will also be applied to re-box and process the return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
