Terrawagen Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

 

Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Only products purchased directly from Terrawagen are eligible. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or modified items
  • Clearance or discontinued items
  • Anything marked “Final Sale”
  • Scratch & Dent Specials (these are sold as-is and are final sale)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask us.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@terrawagen.com with your order number and purchase date. We’ll confirm your return request and provide instructions.

Please use your invoice number as your return authorization number (RMA). Clearly write the invoice number on the outside of your return package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will refund the product price, minus:
    • Original shipping charges
    • 15% restocking fee (to cover handling, re-boxing, and processing)

Items returned damaged, used, or installed may be rejected or subject to a higher restocking fee. Please pack returns securely to prevent damage during transit.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first. If it’s still not there, feel free to contact us at info@terrawagen.com.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges, but only for similar items with variants (e.g., exchanging a Sprinter-specific part for the Transit version of the same item).

To request an exchange, contact us with your invoice number and let us know what you’re looking to switch. Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
